A nonprofit in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Practising mindful living.Spreading kindness.

Pergola Wellbeing Society is a nonprofit founded in Winnipeg to support the mental wellbeing of Vietnamese people living far from home and of other communities here. We focus on practising mindfulness and spreading kindness through art, music, learning and community support.

Why “Pergola”

In architecture, a pergola is an open garden frame that gives shade and an airy place to relax. In that spirit, Pergola hopes to be a peaceful resting place for the community: somewhere that offers shade, relief and positive energy for you to carry on your journey.
